hm it depends on how you play the queen.I don't see mulch as necessary for my build until late late game for my play style. For your tank queen it works.

i like 4nana's queen for 1on1s and 2on2s. In 3on3s I find his tank build rather difficult to work with the team. The team has to work around the queen, but I don't see many people capable of doing that. I prefer my queen for 3on3s and up.
