This is not a bug. Google remove this flag from chromium project. On Edge works but soon will be remove like in chrome, brave and opera. Google wants to use basic theme or themes from google store.

So still the best solution is Explorerpatcher and Open Shell.

No it's not windows limitation. StartAllBack some start orb is too big. Start10/11 some start orb is too small. In free Open Shell all start orbs works correct.

WB10 has almost zero impact on performance so probably WB11 does the same.
