according to frogboy, there are not really any problems with online custom games atm pings of +350 with people living in my street are quite normal it seems People like me really don't care about new heroes or maps. Why should we? We are not even able to have a decent online game without playing a slideshow. These are the ports I opened like you asked me -> screenshot of the config I was able to connect to a game within a few seconds fyi. With my firewall ON, my anti virus ON and all other services ON.
