Yupsi, but this limit is by username. Unregistered users can still download. How you say how much an unregistered user downloads in a year. Most of times people will goog-land(land/come via google) and download.

In fact I don't feel the site is too slow but its a bit heavy. A normal page is around 500-800 kb while some pages are upto 2-3 mb due to large amount of pix uploaded. Nothing in the world is problem-free except for pizza.
