Thanks, I tried it, and it still does not work. It did give me a way to put in the key which I copied directly from Stardock, but did not solve the problem.

When I start upGalactic Civilizations II, I can access the Metaverse link on the game fine if I start it as Dark Avatar or Dread Lords. But if I start it as Twilight of the Arnor it says no serial # is found in registry. I have put my serial number in where it ask for update serial number. it is copied directly off Stardock.
