Moderators can be tough and help people to follow the right direction. But at the end of the day all the skill you see in making a skin is down to the skinner ;) A Master is a Master for a very good reason ;) This is why it grates when someone just pulls an image off the net and thinks they are being creative. That takes no skill at all.

I have seen similar. I was in the top ten skinners for weeks on end a few years ago (ok, about 8 years ago). My stuff is so ordinary it had to be a glitch ;p Embarrassing or what :) Skin for yourself first, everything else will come second (as it should).
