so i checked "Apply any wallpaper supplied" now. the backgound stayes up for about 10 seconds when i restart my computer and then when my computer finshes loading the suits backgound comes up again?

my background stays working after ive saved it through window blinds ,,,, so everything is perfectly how i want it, until i restart my computer after ive restarted, my background changes to what my suits background was when i installed that. how can i keep the background?

hey, what program should i be using to install a screensaver? because i cant load screensavers that ive downloaded onto the display sttings through my computer. So what program or any ways of just how to install a win customize downloaded screensaver?
