I once forgot to turn off the influence victory. I was told that in 10 turns I would win the game. I was bummed. I wanted a military victory. Luckily by declaring war on one of the AIs, I learned I could not win an influence victory by being at war. Do you notice that your life is full of these matters? <img src="http://i

REMOVE ALL GAME CHEATS!!! Please... To be honest, you must understand that in this world there are always some people who can't accept losing. The main point we should focus is how they face losing and what they are going to do after that. If they don't check out why they lose but just blame that it is not their fault and they are innocent, I think t

well his friend didnt like it, and gave it to him, so technically his friend bought it and wont play it anymore, i guess its kinda sorta a legal copy? at least he didnt pirate it. Do you mean that the copy is legal, but as a gift, it's illegal?

No, it's a total misunderstanding because transport modules are filled in groups of one thousand (1,000). The default transports hold up to 500,000 people, which is only half a million--not terribly many people when the intention is to control an entire planet, actually. Yeh, I think so too. But will it be so dangerous when you try to finish uncount

To Darth Griffin: the answer they came to after looking at the code is NO, not under normal gameplaying circumstances. I don't think this is a good answer since the official manual clearly points out that there exists such facility. Perhaps someone will feel that they are fooled after many trials, especially for those who doesn't like ctrl-n. I

I see you guys always try to discuss about the xxx% tiles but are they really important? I think you can win without any of them. Unless you like the Drengin, you don't have to move so fast. Screenshots, evidences? No no no, they are just nonsense because you can get the proof from Stardock easily, right?

Give them what, maybe 30 minutes to get over to the single spaceport on the planet, load them all and get them to store their luggage (guns) in the overhead compartments and get settled in another 10-12 mins and be on my way within an hour. May be this is very common someplace else. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Wink.gif" bord

Besides, they know I'm going to rule the galaxy one way or another so they might as well be on the winning side rather than defect and get gunned down when I come to conquer their planet. Of course you can do that just because this is a game. You can do whatever you want even restart or delete it. But hey, if you have actually a horde of fellows, I

As what I see in this game, the logic apply to the food/need is 10mt/week can feed 10b people ==> 10 x 1,000,000 tons can feed 10 x 1,000,000,000 citizens ==> 1 ton can feed 1000 citizens ==> 1000kg can feed 1000 citizens ==> 1kg can feed 1 citizens == > 0.143kg can feed 1 citizen per day. This is much less surprise while I see a colony ship or transporter can hold up to 0.5b ==> 500,000,000 population. Will there be a famine within the ship? O

Anyone else have thoughts on this matter? If you are patient enough, you can build an AI player that follows everything you planned. e.g. AIValue in the techtree.. etc. But trust me, you will lose any interest to match with that player again.
