Support is handled through the forums, by other members, Community Support Assistants and Support people. There's no phone number to call. Also, it's the weekend, and Stardock works the normal work week (M-F, 9-5). That said, Support folks do visit the forums. It would help to know specs on your machine, run winver and copy OS and build, processor and which software (version) doesn't work, or what the problem is, Also if you recently updated Windows, etc.

Woke up yesterday to find Ps beta didn't work anymore. No explanation. No warning. Best I can figure is my Photography plan doesn't include it, as the Creative Cloud app doesn't have Beta apps in the left hand column anymore. Very strange way to conduct business. Would have thought a "If you wish to continue using Ps beta you must upgrade your current plan." type of pop up would be in order. Oh well. 🤷

To me it looks as if you have no active subscription/permanent license for any software. If you haven't a copy of your installer downloaded when your sub was active, there well may not be a way to help you obtain what you seek. basj will know more than any of us, though so don't lose hope...and should you renew, download and backup your installers.
