The campaign is more of a TUTORIAL! Play the sanbox/Continuos mode its where the meat and potatos of this game is at. WAY better then the campaign, I havnt touched the campaign/tutorial after doing the sandbox mode, lasts WAY longer.

After installing the latest patch and having played for many hours today I must say that the game needs a lot of time to appreciate, it's a tough beast, but after you learn your way around it's very, very good. It's not perfect, there are still pressing issues, the magic system especially, but the foundation is fantastic. I am

THe game is very playable and extremely fun right now. I say pick it up right now, the game is epic and addicting as hell. only issue I have with the game is the slowodwn in the later rounds. Other then that, no crashes and just have had a veyr fun time.

This is the only problem I have with the game to be honest. I am loving the game but later on it starts to slow down a bit which is kind of annoying. Other then that I am just blown away by how addicting this game is. I have not had any crashes or anything though which is good. If they can fix the late game slowdown then boy will I be a happy camper because this game right here is just my type of game [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]

Maybe when it's half off I'll get it, but even then, eh, whatever. I'll be smokin' the Elemental crack pipe for quite some time
hahaha, great post bud. I am so addicted to this Elemental game its not even funny [e digicons][/e]

Or should I pirate the game for review purposes? And what's wrong with doing a little research before plonking down money for a product? Is everyone else's opinion invalid and untrustworthy? Great post bud! [e digicons]B)[/e] [e digicons]:digichet:[/e] Brad and the team have really made a special game here. Rough around the edges yes, but it has sooooooo much going right for it. The people who work for Stardock do seem like gamers to me also, like you said. They GET IT. Get what you ask? Well they understand DRM, updating a game and keepign it fresh, mod tools and fun games. Its amazing to me that a company the size of Stardock can come up with

Thanks again for a GREAT game!!!!!
Glad you are having a fun time to bud [e digicons][/e] I was really on the fence about this game... but now I am soooooo glad I bought it!
I was on the fence also. Judging from what I've seen and read, I would say no. The problems I see are: * AI is very weak * game mechanics aren't implemented enough (ex: high level Magic spells don't scale, no meaningful documentation, bad interface, odd content, etc.) * Multi-player isn't activated. The cynical side of me thinks that that is code for "it hasn't been finished yet." Given the

I say YES! Get it now! Its a fantastic game! Sure there are some problems but what game doesnt have issues? The game wont be for everyone, but for those who love a Deep and strategic game, this is a must buy imo. I was on the fence about this game yesterday but after buyign it and playing, man am I glad i got it! I have not had any crashes in 6+ hours of playing the game.

No problem bud! Keep up the great work on this awesome game! I personally cant get enough of it! Yes there are some issues in thsi game, its obvious... BUT... it also has so much upside and is a real gem. I have not had any crashes or anyhting like that in 6+ hours with the game. Sure some AI issues and the problem with teh archers, but Stardock always sticks with there games and has alreayd done a great job in updating this game. Cant wait to see wh

It feels ike the spiritual successor to MoM and what I'd hoped Age of Wonders was going to be. My only complaints are that unit design does feel a little thrown together and I can't figure out what tech and/or unit I need to build roads.. I know it's possible cuz I see the AI doing it all the ti

I'm mostly in the "It has potential" camp but some people seem enthralled with it out of the box. Where's the allure?
It has TONS of potential for mods and next games in the series. They have jsut gained a new lifetime fan with me. I just can't get enough of this game [e digicons]:andrew:[/e] Its a very ambitous game made by a smaller group, they deserve some props imo [e digicons][/e] Instead of putting out more crap like alot of devs are doing and playing it safe, Stardock is reaching for the skies and making something with tons of depth and very fun. Keep up the good work!
