I'm running Win 7 64 bit with Fences, CursorFX, WB 7, IP 5 and LogonStudio Vista and no problems at all with sidebar.exe or any of the Stardock programs.

There are a lot of updates listed in Impulse that aren't really updates. I would guess that is one. I'm sure someone who knows for sure will show up and answer for sure.

XP logons will not work on vista. You CAN doubleclick your .logonxp file and it will create a Vista logon, but all it's really doing is changing the background, the rest of it will look like a Vista logon. There is nothing in a Vista Logon that can be changed except the background.

I tried the Power Tools lite. It wanted to get rid of quite a few registry entries for Vue 7 Xtreme, one of my most used programs. And I had it on the recommended setting, not the higher ones that say to use with caution. Unstalled it, I'll take a pass... [e digicons]:thumbsdown:[/e]

You can't get rid of it, it's hardcoded into Windows. The only thing you can change in a Vista logon is the background.

When I reset data, the update showed up but invalid registration. Then it said there was an update to Impulse, and when I updated it, the WB update disappeared. After trying many different things, "Download All Updates" worked.
