Yes, I am. And all other Master Dreams work fine. In fact, I purchased it twice and received two serial numbers. Neither works.

I have downloaded all dreams including all Master Premium dreams. Only one won't let me download it: Stars (Neil Banfield). As soon as I click "Download", Explorer crashes. Does anybody know why this is? I have asked Support and they say my system isn't equipped for Deskscapes. If this is true, why does every other dream on this website work perfectly? At one point, it did work. I really want Stars but don't know how to get it. &nbsp

I have been trying to get help for a Master Dream for months. The only response I have received is someone stating that my system won't support Dreams. All dreams work - including all Master dreams - except one which won't download.

I do have it among my registrations. There is no W7 substyle. This forum is SD Support.
