"Stars" only. I have every other dream and they all work perfectly.

It is in the folder. Applying it crashes Deskscapes.
I can download the file. Deskscapes won't accept it.
I saved it and dragged-and-dropped it into Deskscapes. Applying it crashes Deskscapes.
I purchased it twice to see if the link was faulty. I have one account. I have been back and forth with Support for months now. That's why I thought I'd try here.
Yes, I am. And all other Master Dreams work fine. In fact, I purchased it twice and received two serial numbers. Neither works.
IE, Safari, Opera.
I have downloaded all dreams including all Master Premium dreams. Only one won't let me download it: Stars (Neil Banfield). As soon as I click "Download", Explorer crashes. Does anybody know why this is? I have asked Support and they say my system isn't equipped for Deskscapes. If this is true, why does every other dream on this website work perfectly? At one point, it did work. I really want Stars but don't know how to get it.
Why is it that every post by this genius is a major waste of time? It should be obvious, though. They all include the intelligent "WTF".
Use Rainmeter.
That worked. Thank you, Sir.
How do you download a .wba file with Theme Manager?
I'm downloading it from my registrations. And it's a .wba file.
Downloading it now - only getting XP and Vista.
What happened to the Win7 substyle?
Which, of course, is where the download doesn't work.

I have been trying to get help for a Master Dream for months. The only response I have received is someone stating that my system won't support Dreams. All dreams work - including all Master dreams - except one which won't download.
How does one access MyColors themes now that there is no more MyColors?
I did. It will not accept my serial number.
The serial number I was given does not work. Can anybody help? Thanks. Also, Aero Midnight isn't showing Win7 substyle. Thanks.
I do have it among my registrations. There is no W7 substyle. This forum is SD Support.
