Mine too. I think that's one of the reasons for so much of the trouble in our churches today. We're trying to finish what God started ourselves. I didn't even decide to get saved. God decided to save me. God drew me into salvation. Then God saved me. Like Galatians 3:3 points out, it's awful stupid for me to try to finish what God began on a spiritual level in the flesh. Heck, I get in trouble all the

I live in Littlefield, Tx, about 35 miles north of Lubbock. We had hardly any snow last year; but in November I think it was we woke up with over 14 inches of snow in our yard, & drifts as deep as 3 feet.

Excellent post. Excellent timing too . In a town where there are very few decent jobs, I recently lost the best job I've had in the 3 years I've been here because of reverse prejudice. I've done the same thing as a believer for over 24 years now. I've strived to become a successful "christian" by the standards of my own chu

Choices & Consequences Friday 01.21.05 [8:01 pm] delete entry | edit entry What a lot of believers fail to recognize is that life is all about choices & consequences. God saves us from the penalty of sin, but not the consequences. What I did before I got right with God is still affecting my own life right now. & things I did may affect the li
