Yea I just started feeling the wrath of IconPakager just today after I switced everything over to a bigger HD... ObjectDock, CursorXP, Screensavers and WindowBlinds all malfunctioned on boot up... I would go into (add or remove programs) and have to use repair to get them to work again...

Actually there in my toolbar section... I downloaded some toolbar icons but it only shows the author's name but with no icons... I have already reinstalled WindowBlinds and started over , but I still would like to know so I don't have to keep unstalling and reinstalling WindowBlinds...
