What screen resolution are you running?

Have you opened IconPackager and checked the setting there? Are all your icons sets showing the same or is just the set that you have up now? You can try changing the set to see if that helps.

You could try going to display properties/settings/ and check the color qualty there,set that at 32b if it's not.
