in the BMP save screen dialogue, before it saves, it will give you a dialogue displaying the save options. just selct 16 bit and and windows OS and ur set! crap man, you got 3D off the bat? god... I gave up after about 24 hours practically on-end trying to figure out how to use 3Ds MAX. I pimp photoshop, though. and coreldraw, and dreamweaver, and anything else 2D probably (except for paint shop pro, i hate the program).

WHY MAC???? I hate Mac. nothing but bad experiences there. I do not like Linux, either. In fact, I'm a total windows nerd, lol. Sorry, just had to voice my opinion. But honestly, Macintosh navigation is worse than Linux, and linux has issues.

You have probably seen cool logons like GT3 and the new LongHorn ones, right? With the setup where the main menu thing is in the middle with a scrollbar and just below it is the Power button? Well, I have no clue how to do that, and I would love to use that kind of style in a Theme I'm gonna make. If anyone has an idea of how to make something like that work, I would really appreciate it, thanks!
I have had nothing but bad experience with Macs. I WILL NEVER BE SUCKED INTO THE MACINTOSH VORTEX! Windows all the way... (i gotta be the only person who thinks this way on this entire site, but I hate Mac, dislike Linux and love Windows!)

It's nothing new here at Wincustomize....this "not everything is accepted - policy". If you feel you really MUST have everything you ever create hosted and visible for all then the best avenue is to do as Citizen Phazonmaster has suggested....make your own site for them. BTW...no-one 'shits on them', literally or otherwise.
Haha, hope im not off topic here on this: Whenever i upload a wallpaper, it is not accepted. and trust me, they are completely original, follow all the rules (that I know of, a page stateing all of the rules would be very nice, ok, sorry, guidlines). I spend a good deal of time making them, and they are literally shit upon by the admin. (half the reason I made my own site...). I am getting tired of it, and i have tried multiple times.
I wouldnt consider it over burdening... just think of it as a really good project to work on. Icons, for example, are easy to make (sometimes they are a pain, and yes, coming up with a theme is a bit of a pain as well), and althought they have a lot of components, what if skinners enjoy making them? You only complain about it if you are a baby, literally. Just my 2 cents!
