Actually CS Guy...i can...I worked for an accounting firm who handles quite a number of wealthy peoples money. If you only knew the lengths that they go to, to get out of paying up it would make you sick. As far as living in a large city, i live in Salt Lake City, if you had any clue you would know that it is one of the cheapest cities in America as far as cost of living goes. I have lived in other cities that cost a hell of a lot more.
