Simple question, how on earth can others find my wallpapers. I asked this question but somewhere else. I was told awards help. Now ofcourse I have to ask, How do I get the award. I thought awards were given out because of hits on the wallpaper? I have looked under newest and they are not there. How do I get people to see my stuff and comment and get an award so I feel useful and know the pictures I take are something people like? I am just here to please. I get accepted for downloads of wallpapers but when I look for them under the specs I can't find them unless I go to the page you guys tell me. How do I get downloads of my stuff, if I can't find them how does anyone else? I am just wondering because I have some that have 1 or 2 downloads and I don't know how they even found them? Thanks

There has been discussion about this. I guess I started the ball rolling when I started "Dumping Old Stuff". It's been a contention that some stuff doesn't work on newer updated computers. I have seen people who have had problems with classics because they didn't work on xp, now vista, many may not work right. I will wait to see myself because I can't say. Let us know what you find out. Thanks.

I agree, And sorting the galleries would be great. I understand that the old stuff is great, in it's time, yet again, I do not wish to offend, I love everything at this site, just been a member too long and I am here so often that it starts to look old to me sometimes and I think if it was a little more split up it might create more interest in certain spots and you would know where the areas that people would be leaning. Not for free that I can find. This site rocks for what I paid. Been a member for a couple years and was a member when most of it was free. I download all kinds of stuff that makes my computer more fun the desktop looks great with windowblinds, the wallpapers here are great, the cusors in cursorxp is great. I just can't say enough. Thanks for the info Nimbin, Sometimes computers give me headaches just cause I'm so dumb, being blond and all. Wish I was a geek, like my uncle who showed me the world of computers and didn't live long enough to show me all the world had to offer. I have been in "Hell" since he died. Can't even figure out the simple stuff, now my son has to show me..... 53 years old and atleast I am trying to get it.

No, what happened was my computer was changing the cursor to a black pointer for no reason that I could detect as I was downloading more cursor xps'. Didn't know why it happened that day. I haven't had a problem since I restarted my computer, guess it was too much for the "old girl". Everything is good now, and haven't had the problem since, but thanks for asking.

Well you have all convinced me that my opinion was just a little shallow. I know it takes a long time to create these wonderful skins. If you think I don't get it, you are wrong, I do. I was talking about windowblinds only, there are many as most have said that don't work on windows xp and will never work on vista. Yes I do not use the ones I think are old and outdated, but just because you have boxes of cookies, they do get stale. I have been here years and I loved everything that has come out. I would like to see some of the old gone, as I said, this is no reflection on the person who created the work. It's just like old computers, eventually it just doesn't get it anymore.

windowblinds, some of this stuff is really old, I don't have the talent to make these but those of you that do, please give us some new stuff, over 300 is great but some are very old and not very good anymore. The new stuff is great, I personally want to thank all of you who make these, but couldn't we dump the really old stuff? Thnx, Just my opinion. Hoping to get some new stuff for my money.....

says I can't use my reg code, he must have changed the whole thing, I am really pissed. I can only think maybe I have to take out the whole xp, down to 98 and start over, don't know how to though. I wish my uncle was still alive, he could do it all, he used to do all my stuff, thats how I got into this spot in the first place.
