My other brother is 11 or 12, and he is very lovable. He is fun to play with, I enjoy conversation with him, don't mind him using my computer and is just a great kid. I constantly call him my "favorite brother," and the like. I think that statement partly answers your question. He is annoying because he wants your attention, he wants you " who he looks up to " to notice him and be happy in his company.
