ok, fixed... i tried completely uninstalling WB5, rebooting, then reinstalling 4.96...no luck, same problem...i then took Carvan1's original suggestion agin, and edited the newly reinstalled skin in SS....after editing i 'saved as' the edited skin with a new file name for the skin, then applied the skin in SDC, and problem solved... thank you very much for your help Carvan1, and thanks for the offer Shelbygt the Car~!

yes, i reapplied the skin, and when that didn't work i even rebooted...and no offense taken.. i'm pretty sure this wasn't a problem before i installed the lastest version...i will reinstall the previous version in a while and see if that is the case
thanks Cavan1 for your reply....i tried you suggestion...but, unfortunately it hasn't helped. i opened 5imple in SS and it's left margin seemed initially to be set as 3 ... i changed it to 0, but no luck...i couldn't change it again to 3 after this..setting the margin to 1 or 2 did not make any difference either.. i appreciate you taking the tim
I've just loaded the lastest WB5 BETA 2...everything seems ok, except with any separators in explorer, or any program that uses separators...i get a narrow black rectangle. this probelm did not exist with the previous betas Before adding separator:- After adding separator:- i'm using 5imple Alpha (compact)<

thanks tarkus... this extension is great...i couldn't upload photos to my Photo Album, 'cos i refuse to use IE...now i can open the photo management page in an IE Tab in firefox, and upload the photos !!! also, i remember reading that Island Dog has to use IE now to post with his Mod status (i think it was you ID)..now you should be able to do it within firefox using this extension <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/B
thanks for the update. CS2 active/inactive windows now functioning correctly, however, CS2 now seems to be hogging alot more memory...i could have upto 20 jpg images open at once in CS2 with no performance issues (100% efficiency on all windows), but now, with only two jpg images open my 'efficiency' (bottom of the active window) drops down to 94%, with eight windows open 74%....just switching between two open windows takes some time...
just found a great new extension....there was already an extension that allowed you to view a page in IE..there is now an extension that allows you to view a page in IE, but that IE page gets opened as a TAB within firefox ! wow Link works great for me using the new 1.5RC1 build
