Registration Problem

I am having a problem getting object desktop to accept my registration on a new computer. Stardock central accepted it fine but everything that i try to install comes up with the error, "Error activating the product." I had the serial number sent to me but it only gives me one for Object Desktop but that serial number is not applied to WindowBlinds and other programs in the suite. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Drop your firewall (Windows will enable it's firewall) and try the Activation again. It only has to go through once, so when it activates, re-enable your firewall (Windows will disable it's firewall)

I've tested the server and things seem to be cool atm (8pm est sat). If you are still experiencing this problem, please email kwilas@stardock.com and I can try kicking more things.

Carlos, I don't see an order record for you under your email here.

Bagles, change your password and lose that symbol you have at the start of it. If that works, please send kwilas@stardock.com a note so I can have the IT team fix that.

Carlos, I've tried to delve deeper and presumably your order number ends on ...27. This is unusual in my experience in terms of being able to find that and not find the order under your account (though I had to dig a bit).

I have added the appropriate registration record to your account and you should be sorted. We'll try and see why it didn't do this initially. My apologies.

Should this still be an issue Sunday, please email kwilas@stardock.com directly and quote the above thread info.

Well I took your advice and changed my password and disabled my firewall. It worked. However, on my last computer I didn't have to do any of this... odd. Thanks for your assistance.
