Hiberation and Stand-by are disabled

The latest version of windowsblinds, which is 5.00[b].011, installed on a Toshiba Satellite will disable hiberation and stand-by. This only happens when I attempt to put my laptop into a hibernation state. It will not go. When I check, the hibernation tab is missing and there is no sign that the system can even go into hibernation. When I reboot, it all comes back. If I uninstall WindowBlinds, I can hibernate and stand-by easily and quickly with no loss of data. This is sad
