WindowBlinds and javascript

I apologize if this has been discussed but I didn't find it.  I bought Object Desktop and installed the windowblinds program.  After that the javascript did not work in my IE browser.  I found a fix by reinstalling Windows Script Host but it is a temporary fix.  I have to keep reinstalling this everytime my javascript stops working.

Any ideas what to do?  Drop down to WB4.x???
