Object Dock for websites?

http://www.cleanracersclub.org

Hi all! I've got a question for you (which is already in the title bar but ill repeat it anyway!)

Is Object Dock avaiable for website use? As this would be a great navigation bar for our sub domains and links etc.

If not then would you consider creating one as i'm certain there's demand for it.

Also, before i get some sleep at 4am. Is there any sites around that have already created this?

Thanks for you time peeps

I am not sure i understand your question. But if you mean, "Can ObjectDock have links to websites?" yes, it can. Just drag the "e" icon from the address bar of Internet Explorer to your dock.

If I've total missed whjat you meant, can you describe what you would want it to do? I'll try to help more.

I think he (she?) means a control that can be put on a web page that 'looks' like object dock and used to navigate around the site?

I don't know if/how it could be done tho... would take some fancy scripting.

or this: Link (in Flash)

Wow. iFizzle rocks

This one is nice too: http://www.productwatch.org/blog/dock/

I don't think any of these have the ease of use for an end user to apply to their site. Not like OD.

Thanks for the links guys, bar that googleX because it's a search engine, not the navigation bar.

I need to find the actual...javascript....flash...coding thingy ma bob so it can be placed on the homepage for some smooth navigation

Simplify it (add a UI) and market it. I'd pay a few bucks.

Good luck
