Pls i really need ur help!

I am trying to unistall IP but when i go to add/remove programs and click to remove IP the windows prompts that Illegan Operation thing for IP and it has to shut down.

When I go later to try again it doesn't ever start anything. In task manager I the exe file trying to open but then it closes again without any warnings.

Pls help me. I want to unistall it.
