Lost Taskbar Transparency At Startup

I am using the "A Touch of Glass 3" skin for WB5. The taskbar is made to be transparent. When I restart my computer, sometimes it will not make the taskbar transparent, and leave it just as a blue color. To fix this, I can either go into display properties and click ok to reload the resolution, or I can re-apply the skin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem, except I loose the transparency every time I reboot.

Can anyone help with this problem?

I'm using Windowblinds 7 with the iFlex skin on Windows XP sp3.

What video hardware are you using? Are the drivers up to date?
