activation pop up

hey guys, i jus purchased windowblinds for $20 or w/e right, well i downloaded and installed the program....after it installed a reboot option came up, but.....a activate pop up came up too....it said to enter my e-mail and serial number....welli rebooted first and then did all of that.....well once i hit the activate button the program does not respond???.....tried several times i even went and got stardock central....i have some questions about that too ....verry frustrated lol

What firewall do you have?

Disable the firewall (Windows firewall will enable automatically). Try to Activate again.

i got an account at stardock.net too, and when i installed stardockcentral, ya know when it tells u to login in or create new...well that takes forever too, ive never actually logged on lol

You forgot you un-installed it...........oyi.

Did you also have a WB trial version and 'forget' to un-install it before you installed WB5?
