Flyout won't rotate

I have a flyout programmed with 7 shortcuts. When I click the flyout icon, the flyout appears; however, only five of the shortcuts appear and I can't cycle through to the other two. Is there a way to fix this?

are left/rigth arrows visible on either boundry of the flyout? mouseovering them should rotate the flyout, but if they're missing then files may be missing from the installation

Nope, no arrows. They were there once upon a time. I had a crash and they disappeared never to be seen again. I am hoping there is something to be done short of a complete reinstall.
