I don't understand...

So after I purchased WB5, it worked great.  I had to update some other programs which caused my computer to restart and then WB5 decided that the XP skin is the only one that will work.  After a suggestion to pick up the most recent versions of wbload and stuff, it is still doing the same thing.  Is there an option that isn't checked somewhere or is this something that is deep down in my hardware that I have to work on?
