Frustrated by Wincustomize Browser Error.

How do I fix the error that says " There was an error downloading the selected library , please try again "

It happens to any library I point and click at.

In SDC settings, set the server to 'Chicago'. In WC settings, hit 'Refresh Libraries'.

Still no go , even an uninstall and reinstall through SDC doesnt work. Windowblind libraries always display this message either through SDC or Wincustomize Browser.
