dxwidget.exe is always busy

I have 5 widgets set to load on windows startup. They all seem stable. They are either OMNI or WT3 and work well. When I boot, I get three messages that all state:
dxwidget.exe - Another program is currently using this file.
I assume this is a conflict with things trying to load at the same time. So how do I fix this? There must be a way to get a few widgets automatically loaded so that I do not have to spend ten minutes congfiguring my desktop every time I boot.
