History Files for updates?

I am still testing and getting updates as the game progresses (today's update was 0.81a.015 and a multi media update as well)) but I was wondering if there is any where I can see the changes made with these updates? Near as I can tell the history file that SDC points is from December and hasn't included the changes and tweaks to the last 4 or 5 updates.

I can understand if you folks are too busy to put the history files together this close to the release date so I am not suggesting that you publish them if it is simply a case of being too busy. If you hard working devs do have the history file stashed someplace that can be viewed it would greatly help to test iout the changes being made. Thanks guys and I am loving the game.

If I had to guess and I am.. the last "updates" didnt really add anything to Beta 5, other than adding the media. The real work is on the gamma version, which we don't have access to.

Actually I notice big gameplay changes after each update as balance issues are definately being tweaked. It is just very hard to quantify the changes when you don't know what the causes are.

For instance in yesterday's update the AI's colony and transport ship handling just went wacky. I have no idea why though. There were also definate diplomacy changes as well but it is hard to say exactly what. I just know that each update causes the game to be played completely differently.
