What settings impact XP Wireless connection windows

I am getting some really weird results on the screen that appears when you click on the "View Wireless connections" from the "Wireless Network connection status" window in XP SP2. It looks like it uses some image and tiles it but for the life of me I can't figure out which one.

Does anyone know what settings impact this window or how to exclude it from skinning?

I am on WindowBlinds 4.6 and it happens in either UIS1 or 2.

Thanks

OK, an off topic question.  What generates the referrals on a post?  Half of the referrals on this post are back to my own post.

Which half of 1 are you talking about??

Sorry, I couldn't resist. On you original post, your probably seeing some black patches on that dialog box. I've seen that for several years and it looks crappy but doesn't effect the way the dialog works. I remember a thread quite a long time back that addressed it but it had no fix that I recall.

Thanks.  That was what I was afraid of.  Thought if I figured out what the window is using for skinning I could at least modify something to improve it.

On the referrals, you got me HaHa, it says one but I click on it and get a dozen links.

I just upgraded to WB 5 and it did not fix it. In the selection column on the left where it says Network and has boxes my boxes look like they are tiled top to bottom where they should be either stretched or boxed like the combo box. It must be something in my skin since some skins actually look right when I apply them.

Does anyone know what graphics or text settings are used to skin this screen?
