RC broadcasting to IP 224.0.0.22?

Anyone know why Right Click tries to broadcast to IP 224.0.0.22. My firewall blocked it and when I do a WhoIs search it comes up with a strange reserved IP name

Apparently any address starting with 224.0.0.0 is used for "multicasting" when applications tries to locate other computers on a network.

Sorry, can't help you more than that since networks are not my speciality =\

From this page http://www.networksorcery.com/enp/protocol/igmp.htm it looks like it might be your router sending the packet or it's your computer responding to your router. Do you know whether RC is sending the request or does it just happen when you right-click on your desktop?
