THE ROLLUP/DOWN IS OKEY BUT FOR THE SCREEN EDGE CLIP
I TRIED BY SKIN STUDIO THE CODE PAGE AS WELL. WITHIN THE PERSONALITY HEADING THERE WERE LINES OF CODE LIKE "MaxBorderCutLeft=4, MaxBorderCutRight=4" WHICH I THOUGHT HAVE TO DO WITH THE SCREEN EDGE CLIP, I CHANGED AND SAVED THEM BUT LATER WHEN I TRIED TO REEDIT THEY WERE NOT CHANGED. IS THERE NO OTHER WAY TO FIX THE EDGES TO FIT THE SCREEN..?

You're welcome, but you really didn't need to start a new thread.

The MaxBorderCut settings you see is for the non-per-pixel borders. But if you're using per-pixel skins, the settings will have no effect.

In the new WB5 skins, there are two sets of borders...... the old type, and the new translucent type.
If you were to turn off per-pixel support in WB Config, you would see the old type borders when you apply a skin.

...and btw..... we would all appreciate it, if you wouldn't type in all CAPS. Some find it rude ( akin to shouting). I find it harder to read, and follow what's being said.
