Match value in cash for a trade

Whever I trade I first set up the base deal how I want it until it is something the AI accepts on. Then to ensure I don't waste any value I get them to give cash to the exact amount before they wont accept the deal. However currently it is very annoying if the AI has a lot of cash because the drag increments will be large which forces me to tweak the cash value one by one which is quite slow. Rather than mess with the speed I think it would be an excellent idea just to have some option to click which selects the exact amount of cash to make the deal even. There could also be a similiar option for influence if you wish to use that instead to even the deal.

Well, that won't be a problem at high level of difficulties since they won't give you much money.

this idea seems to be somthing that would be useful. i tend not to trade much as there are more often then not obtuse rules with regards to the value of items. it would aslo be good to display a converted cost of items that can be traded.

Wondered about that trade value myself, on intelligent the AI is downright rude. So what if the technology I am giving them is two generations old to me... the techs are still light years... well light months ahead of the ones they are holding.

Although a nice normal AI setting gives me more money it dulls the sheen on playing as the only way to keep some of the computer opponents in the game is to subsidize their techs and sometimes their navy's, which can be cool later on in battle as you get to see what your new cruisers look like fighting their more archaic relatives.
