Desktop wallpaper

Hello there. I apply the skin dogmax. But i dont like the wallpaper. Then i changed it to a wallpaper i downloaded from the net. But everytime i restart, the window's wallpaper changed back to the previous dogmax's wallpaper. What is going on? Help.

Hi, go into the basic settings and make sure the "apply wallpaper supplied" is unchecked
