Text does not pop-up

On tabbed - drawed dock

I have a dock that is drawered on the right side of my screen. Tabbed too. I mouse over items, and they wiggle, but no text-pops up. Why?

The text pops up on my other dock, which has no tabs and sits exposed at the top of my screen. It is at the top of my screen, because I am still trying to find trayscan.exe so that I can make my taskbar vanish for good and still use the tray.

So, what will make the text pop-up on the tabbed/drawered dock? I have checked all setting, and I can make the text appear under the icons, but not pop-up.

Any ideas and a link to trayscan.exe would be appreciated.

Right click on tabbed dock, click Tab Settings, Size and Appearance, Entry Names, set it to show on mouseover.

Nothing works like a solid uninstall and reinstall. Everything is fine, even without trayscan.exe. I guess stardock does it by itself now.
