Is it posible to convert .msstyles file to .wba file ?

Hello.. anyone. Is it posible to convert .msstyles file to .wba file? If yes, what are the software must i use??

Thanks. How about .desktop to .wba? What should i use? Can i use skinstudio as well?

How about .desktop to .wba?

Two different beasts, .desktop is for Desktop X themes, have to be running DX to use them.
