Activation Doesn't Work?

My activation code does not work and I submitted a support ticket but I have not heard anything back. When I enter my email address (the one I see on my order receipt/registration info that I saved) on the site to retrieve my serial number it says my email address was not found in the database.


Help!  I need to get this setup. I am moving all of my software over to my new computer (already deleted off old computer) and out of 30 programs, this is the only one giving me trouble.

Are you sure you used teh same address? Email sales@stardock.com. Give them as much detail on previous addys you may have used. They can assist.

I'd expect either one of two things has happened....

1.  You entered the wrong email address - hence it is not found in the database...

or

2.  There was a system/database glitch - hence it is not found in the database...

Either way, it can be resolved by forwarding as much info as you can muster [relating to product purchases/emails used, etc] to support@stardock.com and/or sales@stardock.com

Install this (SDC): http://storage.stardock.com/files/sdcentral_setup.exe Register the ThinkDesk serial in lower right and see if it takes it. If it does then check 'Show Pre-release Versions' in lower left and install the apps via SDC

The link_setup.exe link does not work. Can you re-post it?


Also, I am positive that I entered the correct email address because I copied it directly from my order confirmation receipt that I saved. I also tried other email addresses just in case, but with no luck.

The link does work.


However, the Forum at Stardock tends to mess up links once in a while, especially if underscores are involved.


So you got 2 options on the link:


1) add _setup.exe to the address bar after: /sdcentral { ie: /sdcentral_setup.exe} or


2) go to the Forum at Wincustomize and click it there ( https://www.wincustomize.com/Forums.aspx?ForumID=181&AID=98194#767888  )
