Program Menu Background Skinnable?

Does anyone know if its possible to make the program menu background transparent? I tried using tga files but it doesnt allow for transparaencys. Does anyone know a way around this?

Gee...can't believe no one ever answered this. The program menu has to be a bmp...cannot be transparent...the same thing with the favorites menu.

Just to be clear the program menu, as in Start > All programs? Yes it is. See any new suite or theme we have out, even animated. If I got the wrong thing let me know.

I think they meant the actual background of the list of programs after you've moused over the all programs button.

just out of curiosity.... if you can make a transparent logon splash screen from a bmp.. could you not do the same with the menu?
