Does Icon packenger make ur comp go slower?

The only memory use is when a icon pack is applied . . and that's pretty quick.

It uses memory the entire time it's open, as all programs do [even if the memory use is hidden]. If you use it to change iconpacks, and then close it, it's closed. It doesn't run in the background, as many people think. If you're using it to build an iconpack, then of course it's using memory all the while. But I've never noticed any slow down....
