scrollbars in IE

I recently bought windowblinds. Everything works fine but on some sites the maker of the site changes the looks of the scrollbar with the code on his website. (like the forums of my favorite game on http://www.cyberwar.com/forums/ubbthreads.php) 


I was wondering if I could ignore that code with some option in windowblinds or internetexplorer, and use the windowblinds scrollbars on those websites too.

I'm sure if you do some kind of search on the net for that you will find something. I would think it would be a setting in Internet Explorer (I know there's no setting to change this in WindowBlinds).

P.S. You can always consider using a browser like Maxthon http://www.maxthon.com/ or Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ because you can block ads with them, and they are VERY customizeable!
