I just got blinds and the download went fine. My problem is that nothing is showing up in my display. I know I have the skins in folders how do I get them to show up in my display.so I can use them?

You need to clarify. You state you have blinds. That requires the Windowblinds program to be installed to use them. However, your heading above says DesktopX Development. DesktopX is a different program from Windowblinds. Try following this Link

You may also want to backtrack to Stardock to get copies of the programs you need.
