WindowBlinds 5 bugs

Does WindowBlinds 5 seem buggy to anyone else?


I'm using the included 5imple Alpha Skin, but have noticed some of these problems with other skins.


1) Menu Delay. The menus in IE and the start menu have an annoying delay before displaying.


2) IE Text boxes. The often have a delay in typing.


3) The skin was incorrect, and the + - in a treeview did not work, I had to download SkinStudio (Free) to fix it. It also shows many errors in the skin file.


4) Double Clicking the System Icon in the upper left of the title bar does not close the window.


5) It seems like most of the skinned comboboxes have the bottom pixel or two cut off when dropped down, as in the "UI Settings" Dialog. Both with the 5imple Alpha and DogmaX4 skins.


6) The "Change skin Color" dialog should not be skinned, because when you screw up a color/gamma setting making it completely black and hit Apply Changes, it makes it impossible to see what you are doing in the dialog.

It also shows many errors in the skin file.


That is very normal right now. Maybe those errors won't show on the next update of Skinstudio.

The "Change skin Color" dialog should not be skinned, because when you screw up a color/gamma setting making it completely black and hit Apply Changes, it makes it impossible to see what you are doing in the dialog.


It probably made everything else pretty hard to do also.
