Turn off Program Startup Animation?

A settings question: is there any way to turn off the animation that is displayed when you click on a dock shortcut (e.g., glowing three times)? The only reason I ask is that it adds an extra 2-3 seconds to the application startup time, which (to me, anyway) is a bit annoying.

Otherwise, ObjectDock is an excellent program - keep up the good work.

Nope... hopefully in the future we'll have that option....... along with many more requested features.

Doesn't happen here - usually the animation is still going when the dialog/app appears. FWIW
