Rolling to title bar

Ah another problem.  I seem to have problems with unresponsive Rolls!  This seems to be a new problem - The button used for rolling up a window is often unresponsive.  I can roll a window and unfortunately am unable to un-roll it.  Other times I am unable to roll it at all.  I am at a loss as to whether this is a skin problem or what?  It occurs when actually pressing a coded button, for example in the MacOsX skin.

Seems a restart of the computer solved this problem.  Silly me
