Problems still continue with iconpackager 3.1

I have downloaded iconpackager  3.1 (shareware to try it) and i still have the same problem with steam. If i install iconpackager steam doesn´t run any game. There are many people with this problem. Anyone knows a fix?


I am thinking on buying this software but only when this bug have been solved
