Explorer Transparency in WB5?

I used Windowblinds a few years ago and I remember it used to be able to make explorer backgrounds transparent (or at least, paint your desktop wallpaper in the explorer background, giving the illusion of transparency). I know they stopped doing that in WB4, but I was wondering if WB 5 offers that?

It is still a button option, not many skinners include it, I am not sure if can be added to a WB5 skin.
