Explorer.exe crashes

Explorer.exe always crashes while trying to apply Windows blinds skin using theme manager. When it gets to the part where it applies the skin, a popup comes up saying "A skin called '' has been installed." I click this popup because it says to click that to apply the skin and Explorer.exe crashes.

glotwp55: Firstly please do not pirate WindowBlinds.

The very latest version of WindowBlinds should resolve the problem with ThemeManager & applying skins from it.  The problem is actually a ThemeManager issue with it thinking WB4 is installed not WB5, but we modified WB5 to workaround this problem.
